Activate or change your Netflix subscription
When your services are activated, you'll receive an email from Rogers reminding you to activate your Netflix subscription. Additional reminders will be sent 5 and 19 days after activation.
Activate your subscription through your email or on MyRogers
1. Select Activate now in the Netflix banner on your Overview page, or in your activation email, to go to the Manage subscriptions page.
2. Select Activate on Netflix.ca to be redirected to netflix.com to complete your subscription.
If you already have a Netflix account
You can link your current Netflix account to avoid being double charged and easily transfer your profiles, watch history and preferences.
- On Netflix, select link a different account and enter the email address you use for your current Netflix subscription.
- Enter the password associated with your Netflix subscription.
You've now successfully activated your Netflix subscription.
If you need to create a new Netflix account
If you don't have a Netflix account, you can create one when you're redirected to Netflix. Your new account will be created using the same email you use for MyRogers or MyRogers (Shaw). Just create a password and you're all set.
Change your Netflix subscription
You can change your Netflix subscription to one that fits your needs through MyRogers.
- Sign in to MyRogers.
- On the Overview page, go to your subscriptions.
- Next to the Netflix logo, select Manage.
- Select Show all plans.
- Choose the plan you want and select Submit.
You've successfully requested your new Netflix subscription.
