Get access to the largest collection of British mysteries, dramas, comedies, lifestyle and documentaries with the Britbox app.

The BritBox app is available to Rogers Ignite TV and Ignite Streaming customers. Using the app counts towards your monthly internet data usage.

How to access the Britbox app

Use the Ignite Voice remote and say "BritBox" or navigate to the Apps menu page and select BritBox.
You can also use the voice command to say the name of the TV show or movie you want to watch that's on BritBox.
- When you've found the movie you want to watch, select Play on BritBox.
- For TV shows, search for the episode you want to watch, then select Launch BritBox.

Already have a BritBox account or would like to sign up, press the Sign In button on the screen.
For customers with an active BritBox account who want to sign in on their TV select On MyTV.
Enter your BritBox account e-mail and password, then select Sign In. Known issue: after entering your e-mail, push the Last or Back button on your remote. This will close the onscreen keyboard and allow you to select the Password field. Once you’ve entered in the password, push the Last or Back button again and select Sign In.
For customers without an active BritBox subscription or customers with an active BritBox subscription who want to sign in using their Web Browser, select On The Web.
Navigate to Britbox.com/connect/rogers to sign in or sign up.
If you have an active BritBox account, enter your BritBox e-mail and follow the steps to activate your Ignite box. For new customers select Sign Up.
For new customers, enter in your e-mail address, select Continue and follow the signup process to activate your Rogers box.
