What’s included in the offer?
To be eligible for the Disney+ Premium Offer, you must:
- Be an existing Rogers Red Mastercard or Rogers Red World Elite Mastercard cardholder, or successfully apply and receive approval for a Rogers Red Mastercard or Rogers Red World Elite Mastercard within 30 days of activating your eligible Rogers Xfinity service
- Keep the card active for the duration of the 24 months
- Set up Autopay for your home services using the same card
- Subscribe to Rogers Xfinity Internet with Popular TV or Ultimate TV
- Activate Disney+ Standard With Ads through MyRogers or My Shaw. Once activated, upgrade to Disney+ Premium via MyRogers of My Shaw within 30 days of activating your eligible Rogers Xfinity service
- Quebec residents excluded.
We recommend you activate your eligible Rogers Xfinity services first. Here are the steps to redeem the offer:
- Sign up and install home services with Rogers Xfinity Internet and Popular TV or Ultimate TV.
- Set up the included Disney+ Standard With Ads subscription through MyRogers or My Shaw.
- Sign up for the Rogers Red Mastercard or the Rogers Red World Elite Mastercard using the pre-qualified link found in your email or online at rogersbank.com
- Upgrade to the Disney+ Premium tier through Rogers by subscribing to the Disney+ Premium Upgrade add-on at full price within 30 days of activating your eligible service.
- Once eligibility is confirmed, the offer will be applied to your account, and it'll be backdated to when the Disney+ Premium was activated. After the first 24 months, your Disney+ Premium Upgrade subscription will continue at the then-current rate.
- Set up autopay for your Rogers Xfinity services using the active Rogers Red Mastercard or Rogers Red World Elite credit card.
How long do I have to redeem the offer?
You'll have 30 days from the date your eligible Rogers Xfinity services are successfully installed to complete the card qualification, set up Auto-Pay, set up Disney+ Standard With Ads, and complete the upgrade to Disney+ Premium to receive the offer.
What if I’m having trouble receiving the offer?
Depending on the order in which you complete the steps, you may see Disney+ Premium Upgrade subscription charges on your first invoice. A credit will be applied on the following invoice to discount the Disney+ Premium subscription. If you're unsure or encounter any issues, please contact Rogers or Rogers together with Shaw for more information. Our agents can verify the steps you have taken, key dates, and provide further assistance.
What happens if my bank account is closed or goes into non-pay status while the offer is active?
Your Rogers Bank and eligible Rogers Xfinity service accounts must be open, active and in good standing or the offer will be removed from your account.
