To use the Rogers Xfinity Stream app on Amazon Fire TV, you’ll need: 

• A Rogers Xfinity TV subscription. 
• Your MyRogers or MyRogers (Shaw) credentials. 
• An Amazon Fire TV or device, with version OS 5 or higher. Review Fire TV Device and Accessory Software Updates. 

Voice commands on your remote, Download-to-Go and in-app purchases aren’t supported. 

From the Apps screen, search for “Rogers Xfinity Stream” and select Download. 

App version 8.6 or newer is required.

1. Open the app and select Sign in. You’ll get a QR code and a 6-digit code. 
2. Scan the QR code or open a browser and go to rogers.com/activate. 
3. Sign in with your MyRogers or MyRogers (Shaw) credentials. 
4. Select your account. If you need to confirm which account, check your bill. 
5. Enter the 6-digit access code on your TV screen and select Activate.

Rogers Xfinity Stream app support

To use the Rogers Xfinity Stream app on Apple TV, you’ll need: 

• A Rogers Xfinity TV subscription. 
• Your MyRogers or MyRogers (Shaw) credentials. 
• An Apple TV or device with version tvOS 15 or higher.  
• Supported Apple TV models: Apple TV 4K (2021), Apple TV 4K (2016) or Apple TV HD (2015) 
• For 4K streaming, use app version 1.10.0 or higher.
