Watch reality TV ad-free with Hayu on Rogers

Hayu gives Rogers Xfinity, Rogers Streaming, and Rogers 5G Home Internet customers access to over 9,000 ad-free reality TV episodes. 

 Learn how to easily subscribe, activate, and manage your streaming services all in one place.  

Note: You’ll need to cancel any existing Hayu subscriptions and create a new one using your MyRogers credentials. Streaming Hayu content counts towards your monthly internet data.

Launching Hayu through your set-top box

  • Say “Hayu” using your Rogers Xfinity Voice Remote or go to the Apps menu and select Hayu. 
  • You can also say the name of a show or movie on Hayu. 
  • Select Play on Hayu for movies. 
  • For TV shows, find the episode and select Launch Hayu. 

Sign in or sign up

  1. Open Hayu through your set-top box and navigate the menu until you enter the sign in page. 

  2. Using your mobile device, scan the QR Code or navigate to hayu.com/rogers on any web browser. 
            
  3. On your browser, select GET IT NOW to create a new account. For customers with an active account, select SIGN IN. Complete Sign in or Sign-Up process to activate your Rogers Xfinity set-top box. 

  4. On your mobile device, select Subscribe to create a new account. For customers with an active account, select SIGN IN WITH EMAIL. Complete Sign in or Sign-Up process to activate your Rogers Xfinity set-top box. 

Note: If you sign up for a Hayu subscription using your Rogers Xfinity set-top box, it will automatically be added to your Hayu bill and not your Rogers bill.

Cancel your subscription

MyRogers

  1. Sign in to MyRogers and go to the Manage subscriptions page. 
  2. Select the streaming service you want to cancel and select Unsubscribe.
    • Before you unsubscribe, consider switching to a plan that’s right for you and better suits your needs.
  3. Make sure the Current plan option is selected and select Unsubscribe.
  4. Select Continue to Unsubscribe.
  5. Review your cancellations details, select the checkbox and select Confirm & Unsubscribe.

After you cancel, you can continue to enjoy your services until the end of your current billing cycle. You’ll be sent a confirmation email confirming your cancellation.

Cancel your subscription

MyRogers (Shaw)

You can cancel your streaming service any time through your MyRogers (Shaw) profile. 

  1. From MyRogers (Shaw), go to Subscriptions and select Cancel Hayu.
  2. Select Yes, remove Hayu.
