Change Your Channel Lineup

Add channels or theme packs online — including international options in over 20 languages. Explore theme packs that match your interests like sports, movies, news and lifestyle channels and more.

You can even upgrade to a new plan without having to contact us!

Step 1: Choose your additions

  1. Log in to your account at rogers.com and visit your MyRogers TV account page. 
  2. Choose what you want to add under My TV Package. You can select Add Channels, Add Theme Packs or Change my Package . (If you don’t see these options listed you might have an older TV package, but you can still complete your changes online by selecting ‘Live chat’)
  3. The Build your TV Solution page will display.
  4. You can sort available channels and theme packs by genre: for example, Movies, Family, Sports and more.
  5. Select what you want to add and click Add to Cart.

Step 2: Complete your order 

  1. Your Order Summary will load with the additions you made.
  2. Once you’re happy with your additions, click Checkout.
  3. Your Contact Details will pre-populate based on your MyRogers profile.
  4. Select a convenient time for us to contact you and click Continue. We’ll only contact you if there’s an issue with the changes you’ve made.

Good to know: You can only add channels and theme packs online. To remove or swap theme packs or channels, please contact us.
