Did you know that you can add channels and theme packs to your Digital TV lineup online? You can even upgrade to a new package online without having to call us!
Change Your Channel Lineup
Step 1: Choose your additions
- Log in to your account at rogers.com and visit your MyRogers TV account page.
- Choose what you want to add under My TV Package. You can select Add Channels, Add Theme Packs or Change my Package . (If you don’t see these options listed you might have an older TV package, but you can still complete your changes online by selecting ‘Live chat’)
- The Build your TV Solution page will display.
- You can sort available channels and theme packs by genre: for example, Movies, Family, Sports and more.
- Select what you want to add and click Add to Cart.
Step 2: Complete your order
- Your Order Summary will load with the additions you made.
- Once you’re happy with your additions, click Checkout.
- Your Contact Details will pre-populate based on your MyRogers profile.
- Select a convenient time for us to contact you and click Continue. We’ll only contact you if there’s an issue with the changes you’ve made.
Good to know: You can only add channels and theme packs online. To remove or swap theme packs or channels, please contact us.
