The following steps explain how to enable or disable closed caption on an Arris digital box.
- Turn your TV and Gateway on.
- Press [MENU] on your Gateway remote.
- Navigate to Settings using the directional arrows on the remote.
- Select Closed Captions from the list of available settings.
- Enable or disable closed captioning by using the [UP] and [DOWN] arrows on your remote.
- Press [LIVE] on your Rogers remote to navigate back to live TV and test your closed caption settings.
