No. To order standalone channels, CRTC packaging rules require that customers first subscribe to a Rogers Xfinity TV package.

What if I no longer want Crime + Investigation as part of my Rogers TV package? How can I remove Rogers Xfinity TV channels that I don’t want or that aren’t appropriate for kids?

Accepted Answer

Rogers Xfinity TV channels can only be removed if you have added them to your package as a standalone channel. If the channel belongs to your Rogers Xfinity TV package’s standard channel lineup, or to a theme pack you’ve added, it can’t be removed.

If you have purchased as a standalone channel or as part of a theme pack you can remove the channel by calling us and speaking with an agent. You can login to your MyRogers or MyRogers(Shaw) account and manage your channel add-ons through the app.
