As part of our ongoing effort to keep our communities, customers and employees safe during COVID-19, we will be suspending in-person set-ups. Customers can continue to get their phone as soon as the same day and personal 1:1 support, but through contactless delivery and immediate remote set-up support via video call from their Rogers Pro.
On arriving at your location, the Rogers Pro will set your package down at your door and stay a safe distance away while you pick it up. As always, we are following recommended best practices – putting in place advanced sanitizing procedures and increasing the frequency of cleaning our facilities, vehicles and devices.

Order your new phone online or through the Customer Solution Centre and a Rogers Pro will deliver your new phone as soon as today* with contactless delivery, anywhere within the area covered by this service for free! Plus, they’ll offer remote set-up for your phone so it’s tailored to your needs at no extra cost.

Currently, this free service is available in the Greater Toronto Area, Ottawa and select parts of southwestern Ontario . This service will roll out to other major cities across Canada throughout 2020.
