Who is eligible for Rogers Pro On-the-Go?

Rogers Pro On-the-Go is currently available for existing Rogers customers in the Greater Toronto Area who order select eligible devices. To see if you’re eligible, sign in to MyRogers then shop for a new phone. If your postal code is in the area covered by this service, you’ll see a banner at the top of the page letting you know that you are eligible for Rogers Pro On-the-Go. If you are not currently within the eligible coverage area, stay tuned as we are expanding this service to other major cities across Canada in 2020!

How do I take advantage of Rogers Pro On-the-Go?

If you’re eligible, you can take advantage of Rogers Pro On-the-Go when you select an eligible phone in one of two ways:

1. When you call the Customer Solution Centre to upgrade your phone.

2. When you upgrade your phone or add a phone to a new line on your account online.

You pick the time and place for your appointment when you’re completing your order. Whether you’re at home, at work or even at your favourite coffee shop, a Rogers Pro will meet you anywhere within the eligible coverage area of this service.

Can I have the Rogers Pro On-the-Go appointment at my house, office, or somewhere else?

Yes. Your appointment can happen anywhere that is convenient for you as long as it is within the eligible area covered by this service.
