We have been advised by Nokia that it has announced a ‘Charger Exchange Program’ for a limited number of mobile phone chargers. While there have been no reported incidents or injuries, Nokia has initiated this program as a precautionary measure. To help you identify if your charger is included in this program, Nokia has set up a website: http://chargerexchange.nokia.com
This exchange program is handled exclusively by Nokia. So we can only encourage you to visit their website at http://chargerexchange.nokia.com or call their Customer Care at 18882266542 (188822NOKIA) for them to assist you.

Yes. You are charged for each voicemail received at your local airtime rate which varies according to your price plan. Plus you are charged to listen to your voice mail at the local airtime per minute rate.
If you have just deleted a voicemail message and have not yet exited the voicemail system, you can still retrieve that message. To do so, press the * key to return to the main menu, then press 1 to listen to new messages. You will have the option to save the message instead of deleting it. Once you exit the voicemail system, any messages that you have deleted cannot be retrieved.
When a voice message is left for you, a message-waiting indicator will appear on your phone’s display (while the phone is turned on) and you will receive a text message indicating that you have a new voicemail message.
Your phone may also beep to indicate that a new message has been left, depending on your phone model. Please see your phone’s user guide for details.
