Rogers unique Flex Rate service automatically adjusts the monthly fee based on your actual monthly usage. As you use more or less data, Rogers Flex Rate Data Plan will automatically roll up or down to the next best rate available. This guarantees you the best rate based on actual usage.

Notes: 1 Unlimited Instant Messaging includes Windows Live Messenger, Google Talk, Yahoo! Messenger, Blackberry® Messenger 2 Canadian Text Plans and Pay-per-use Option includes text messages sent from Canada to a Canadian wireless number. Sent and received text messages do not include premium messages (alerts, messages related to content, contests and promotions) and messages sent while roaming outside Canada. Messages included in the Value Pack are in addition to the bonus Text Messages included in your iPhone Voice & Data Packages. 3 Compatible device required. Incoming callers with blocked numbers, calls originating outside Canada or from callers whose wireless carrier/landline provider either does not have this service available or does not have an interconnectivity agreement with Rogers cannot be identified.
For data usage up to 10GB/month, usage exceeding amount included in your data plan (excluding usage while roaming or using subscription based or pay-per-use applications, which are subject to additional charges) will be charged at applicable overage rate for your plan to max. $100 less the monthly service fee for your data plan (whether subscribed as standalone or part of a voice and data package). *The Government Regulatory Recovery Fee ranges from $2.46-$3.46/line/month (varies by province and plan selected). It is applied to help fund fees, costs and other amounts related to federal, provincial and/or municipal mandates, programs and requirements. It is not a tax or charge the government requires Rogers to collect and is subject to change. See www.rogers.com/regulatoryfee for details. A one time Activation Fee of up to $35 (varies by province) also applies. Where applicable, additional airtime, data, long distance, roaming, options and taxes are extra and billed monthly.

The ECF is the greater of (i) $100 or (ii) $20 per month remaining in the service agreement, to a maximum of $400 (plus applicable taxes), and applies for each line in the plan that is terminated. In connection with your wireless data service, a Data Early Cancellation Fee (DECF) also applies if, for any reason, your service is terminated prior to the end of your plans commitment term (Data Term). The DECF is the greater of (i) $25 or (ii) $5 per month remaining in the Data Term, to a maximum of $100 (plus applicable taxes), and applies in addition to the ECF for termination of your service agreement. If you subscribe to a plan combining both voice and data services, both the ECF and the DECF apply.

Additional Plan Details (applicable to all plans):

  • Voice calls are $1 per minute if a Voice Plan is not subscribed to separately.
  • Evenings are from 9 pm to 7 am Monday to Friday and weekends are from 9 pm Friday to 7 am Monday.
  • Data usage is measured in the Kilobytes transmitted over the Rogers Wireless data network with usage rounded to the next full KB. 1MB = 1,024KB 1GB = 1,024 MB
  • U.S. roaming is $0.006 per KB and international roaming is $0.03 per KB when you subscribe to a Data plan. If you subscribe to a Flex rate data plan, the U. S. roaming is $3 per MB and international roaming is $0.03 per KB". If you subscribe to unlimited on-device browsing rate, both the U. S. roaming and international roaming is $0.03 per KB.
  • Outside of North America data usage is rounded up to the next 20KB.
