How To:

Rogers Wireless new TXT 2 Landline feature gives you the capability to send a text message to any landline phone. Just type a text message from your wireless phone and enter the 10 digit phone number in the 'TO' field as you would with a regular text message.

The recipient's phone will ring and when it is answered your text message will be automatically read to them. If the recipient does not answer the phone your text message will be stored as voicemail. (Recipient must have a voicemail service on their landline.) Recipients can also reply to the text message and leave a message for you.

After sending a TXT 2 Landline message you will receive a confirmation text message letting you know how your message was received and if the recipient left a voice response message for you.

Language setting:

Change your language preference by sending a text message to 2525 with E (English) or F (French).
