Have Premium Device Protection and need to make a service request?
It takes just a few minutes to send a service request, and we can get most repairs done the same day! Here’s how it works:
- Visit http://www.rogers.com/servicerequest, go to my Plan, log in using your MyRogers info, then go to the Device Protection tab.
- Tell us what happened to your device.
- Select from the service request options presented to you.
- Pay any applicable processing fees.
- Get your device repaired or replaced.
- Receive your repaired or replacement device.
If you enrolled in our device protection program before May 5, 2021, and have Premium Device Protection or Device Protection Lite, you can view your plan details online.
Premium Device Protection plans
Premium Device Protection is available for iPhone 5 and later, iPad, Apple Watch, and all Android phones and tablets.
Get your first broken phone screen repaired on us at no extra cost as long as there is no other damage to your phone.
We’ll replace your device if it’s lost or stolen.1,2

Get repairs for accidental damage from handling or liquid damage, or for malfunctions.2

Premium Device Protection for Apple featuring AppleCare Services
• For iPhone and iPad: Get up to 3 fulfilled service requests for your protected device in a rolling 12-month period, including up to 2 repairs for accidental damage from handling and 1 replacement for loss or theft.
• For Apple Watch: Get up to 2 fulfilled service requests for your protected device in a rolling 12-month period for repairs due to accidental damage.
Premium Device Protection for Android
• Get up to 3 fulfilled service requests for your protected device in a rolling 12-month period, including up to 2 repairs for accidental damage from handling and/or out-of-warranty malfunction and 1 replacement for loss or theft.
