5-Year Price Guarantee

The 5-Year Price Guarantee is available for new customers who get a 5G+ Ultimate plan.

Existing customers can get the 5-Year Price Guarantee if they switch to an eligible plan.

The 5-Year Price Guarantee means the monthly price (including ongoing discounts) of your plan won’t increase for 5 years. That’s guaranteed if:

• You remain on the same plan for 5 years
• You meet requirements for your ongoing discounts (e.g., you must remain on Auto-Pay to keep getting the Auto-Pay discount).
  
  

Yes, the 5-Year Price Guarantee starts at the same time your plan does.

Your Mobile Service Agreement will have the expiry date of the 5-Year Price Guarantee. You’ll also get a reminder on your invoice 3 months before your 5-Year Price Guarantee ends.
