Managing your mobile voicemail with Rogers Business

Voicemail helps you stay connected when you can’t answer calls. Here’s how to set it up, check messages, and learn about Live Voicemail.

How to set up your voicemail

  1. Press and hold 1 on your keypad to access voicemail.
  2. When prompted, enter your 4-digit password. This was sent to you by text when you activated your device or added voicemail to your plan. The default password is the last 4 digits of your phone number.
  3. Follow the prompts to create a new password and personalize your greeting. You can also keep the default message.

How to check your voicemail messages

Check voicemail from your phone:

  1. Press the Voicemail button on the phone or press and hold the number 1.
  2. You’ll hear your greeting.
  3. If calling from the US, you may be routed to the Common Access greeting, which prompts you to enter your own number (MSISDN).
  4. Enter your password.
  5. Follow the automated menu options to review messages.

Check voicemail from another phone or device:

  1. Dial your wireless phone number.
    • If calling from the US, dial 1 + your 10-digit wireless number.
    • If within International, dial the International Direct Dialing (IDD) code for the country you’re in, followed by 1 + your 10-digit wireless number.
      • The IDD number is the code you dial to make an international call from the country you’re in.  In Canada and the U.S., it’s 011; in most of Western Europe, it’s 00; and in Hong Kong, it’s 001.
    • You’ll hear your greeting.
  2. Press # to interrupt the greeting.
  3. Enter your password.
  4. Follow the menu options to check messages.

What is Live Voicemail?

Live Voicemail is an iPhone exclusive feature that performs Voicemail functions. When a call would normally go to Rogers Business voicemail, your iPhone answers instead. The caller hears a Live Voicemail specific greeting and can leave a message while you see it transcribed on your screen.

Live Voicemail works when your device is connected to Rogers, Rogers-EXT, or Rogers Wi-Fi Calling.
