This means voicemail hasn't been set up yet. Here's how to get started on your mobile:
a) Press and hold 1 key on your phone’s keypad.
b) When asked, enter your 4-digit password (this was sent via text when you activated voicemail; by default, it’s the last 4 digits of your phone number).
