Submit a port request

Here’s how to port your existing business phone number to Rogers Business quickly and easily.

Before you start this process - Don’t cancel your current service or remove your SIM card from your device. The phone number you’re transferring to Rogers must be active to complete your transfer. Your existing service gets cancelled automatically when the transfer is finished.

To sign in to your account:

  1. Go to MyBusiness Hub sign-in page.
  2. Select Sign in.
  3. Enter your username and password.

Check the Remember me box if you want your browser to save your sign-in credentials for next time.

  1. Select the relevant account.
  2. Choose the relevant Subscriber.
  3. Select Submit a Port Request.
  4. Choose your Port Type: Wireless or Wireline.
    • Wireline needs to be chosen if you want to port a landline phone number on a cellphone line.
  5. Enter the Temporary Phone Number (CTN) and its linked Account Number (BAN). To add up to 25 lines manually, select Add Another CTN.
    • You can also upload a Bulk file with up to 25 lines. To do so, select Download template, fill it and save it, then select Select File and Upload File to upload your document.
  6. Select Validate.
  7. Select Continue.
  8. Enter all required information in the fields.
    • For wireline requests, the service address MUST match the landline installation address, and the billing name MUST match the name on the landline account.
  9. Review the information, select the checkbox to confirm information, and then select Submit.
  10. Select Submit again.

A confirmation message will indicate that the port-in request has been submitted successfully. You will receive an email with the status of your port request.

Wireless port-in requests can take a minimum of 2.5 hours to process, while landline port-in requests can take a minimum of 2 days to complete.
