How to delete voicemail messages on mobile

Need help deleting voicemail messages on your business mobile phone?

Please follow these steps:

1. Connect to your voicemail.
2. Select the message you want to delete.
3. If this is your first try:
   1. Select 7 while the message plays to delete it.
4. If that doesn’t work:
   1. Select 3 twice while the message plays.
   2. Select 7 to delete it.
5. Select * to end the call.

Your voicemail message will be permanently deleted.
