Unable to view website on wireless device

The following steps explain what to do if you can’t browse a specific website on your wireless device. If all websites aren’t working on your device, learn more about resolving wireless data issues.

Step 1: Check the website on another device.

First, make sure the issue isn’t with the website itself. Use another device to try to visit the website and see if the same problem occurs. If it does, the issue may be with the website and not your device.

Step 2: Clear the cookies and cache on your wireless device.

The next thing to do is clear your browser’s cookies and cache. This will clear any potential corruption with the website in question. Follow the steps below to do this.

Apple iPhone:

  1. Select Settings.
  2. Select Safari.
  3. Select Clear History and Website Data

Android:

Note: While every Android is slightly different, most will follow this basic formula.

  1. Select Settings.
  2. Select Apps.
  3. Select the browser app you use on the phone. (Chrome, Samsung Browser, Firefox, etc.)
  4. Select Storage.
  5. Select Clear Cache

If you still can’t visit the website, but it works on other devices, please contact us from a device or phone other than the one that is experiencing the issue.
