Restarting your Ignite Entertainment Box

There are four easy ways to restart your Ignite EntertainmentTM Box.

By manually unplugging

  1. Unplug your Ignite Entertainment Box from the power outlet.
  2. Wait 30 seconds.
  3. Plug your Ignite Entertainment Box back in.
  4. An Ignite Streaming welcome screen will display, and the Box should resume functioning normally.

From the Help menu

  1. Press the A button on your Ignite Voice Remote to open the Help
  2. Select Restart.
  3. Select Restart again to confirm.
  4. Wait a few moments for the system to reboot.
  5. An Ignite Streaming welcome screen will display, and the Box should resume functioning normally.

With the Power button

  1. Make sure all your Ignite Streaming cables are tightly secured.
  2. Hold the Power button on your Ignite Voice Remote for 10 seconds to restart the Ignite Entertainment Box.
  3. An Ignite Streaming welcome screen will display, and the Box should resume functioning normally.

From Device Settings

  1. Press the Rogers button on your Ignite Voice Remote to open the Ignite Streaming main menu.
  2. Select Settings (the gear icon).
  3. Select Device Settings.
  4. Select Power Preferences.
  5. Select Restart.
  6. Select Restart again to confirm.
  7. An Ignite Streaming welcome screen will display, and the Box should resume functioning normally.
