WiFi extending pods: If you experience WiFi issues in certain areas of your home, contact us for help. You can connect to our virtual assistant through the chat icon on the Ignite HomeConnect app. You can also contact our Technical Support team through our Contact Us page. An agent will assess your home to help optimize your modem placement and, if needed, determine if pods may help enhance WiFi coverage.
