A one-time Ignite Express Setup fee of $29 applies to set up your services on the Rogers network (waived if you activate your services on rogers.com, excluding live chat). If waived, the Ignite Express Setup fee of $29 +tax will appear on your first bill, with a corresponding credit applied to your first or second bill.
