Q: What if I don’t have the original box?
A: Pack your equipment in any box that’s ready for shipping. This can be a box from an online purchase, a gift box or a shoe box.
Q: Can I return my equipment to a Rogers store or have a technician pick it up?
A: No, retail stores and technicians don’t accept returns. Use the waybill we sent and return your equipment through Canada Post.
Q: How long do I have to return my equipment?
A: You have 30 days to return the equipment after the work order is completed. If you don’t return it, you’ll be charged.
Q: How do I return my equipment if I can't go to Canada Post?
A: Someone else can take the package to Canada Post for you. Just make sure the waybill is on the box.
