Return or recycle your rental equipment

Before your begin

We’ll first need to authorize any return. Before returning equipment, please contact us.

Credits may take up to 2 billing cycles to show on your bill.

Returning rental equipment

  • You'll get an email with the waybill within 2 days after the work order is completed. If you can’t find it, check your Spam or Junk box. If it’s not there, contact us to resend the waybill.
  • Pack the equipment in a box.
  • Print and attach the waybill to the box or show the QR code to Canada Post.
  • Credits can take up to 2 billing cycles to show on your bill.

Recycling rental equipment

  1. A Rogers Customer Service Specialist will tell you if your equipment should be recycled.
  2. You won’t get a waybill for recycling
  3. Take your equipment to a local e-waste facility. Check your town’s website for drop-off locations. You can also find other places to recycle on our partner site.

FAQs

Q: What if I don’t have the original box?
A: Pack your equipment in any box that’s ready for shipping. This can be a box from an online purchase, a gift box or a shoe box. 

Q: Can I return my equipment to a Rogers store or have a technician pick it up?
A: No, retail stores and technicians don’t accept returns. Use the waybill we sent and return your equipment through Canada Post.

Q: How long do I have to return my equipment?
A: You have 30 days to return the equipment after the work order is completed. If you don’t return it, you’ll be charged.

Q: How do I return my equipment if I can't go to Canada Post?
A: Someone else can take the package to Canada Post for you. Just make sure the waybill is on the box.
