How to use it
When you book an appointment, your Rogers representative will let you know if Rogers EnRoute is available in your area and confirm whether you'd like to receive SMS notifications. Standard SMS rates may apply.
You'll receive at least 3 SMS notifications keeping you updated every step of the way.
During your technician's visit
Before arriving
- Call before arriving.
- If they can't reach you, the appointment may be cancelled.
- May arrive anytime within the scheduled window.
- May need extra time to complete the work.
When your technician arrives
- An adult (age of majority in your province) is home.
- The technician can access your home and the equipment that needs service.
- Your appointment may be cancelled if there is a service outage affecting your area.
- If you won't be home, share your Rogers EnRoute link with the person who will be there so they can track the technician's arrival.
Change or cancel your appointment
Change or cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a charge.
You may be charged if:
- No adult is home when the technician arrives.
- The technician can’t access your home or equipment.
- You cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment.
