About: Username

Username (formerly Shaw ID) is a single login for products and services like MyRogers (Shaw), Rogers Xfinity TV, Rogers WiFi Hotspots and more. It consists of an email address username and password. Each account has one Primary Username and can invite up to four household members to create secondary Usernames, providing additional household members their own logins. Only the Primary account holder can create a Primary Username.

Using Username

Username allows you to easily sign in to mange your services with Rogers Together with Shaw. One of the primary uses is accessing MyRogers (Shaw), which allows you to manage your bill and services.

Username allows you to set up your various devices to Rogers WiFi Hotposts, or log in to the Rogers Xfinity TV app. Multiple Username's can be created for your account to let your entire household enjoy the benefits of your services on the go.

Primary vs. secondary accounts

A Primary Username provides the Primary account holder with full administrative access to MyRogers (Shaw) and the ability to create and remove Secondary Username s.

Primary Username	Secondary Username
Full administrative access in MyRogers (Shaw) Add or remove Secondary IDs Access services on the account, like Rogers Xfinity TV (formely BlueCurve TV) and Rogers WiFi Hotspots	Access services on this account, like Rogers Xfinity TV (formely BlueCurve TV) and Rogers WiFi Hotspots Manage their own Username in MyRogers (Shaw), but they do not see any other MyRogers (Shaw) features such as billing. Identical access to other Rogers together with Shaw apps as primary username.

Adding a Secondary Username

A secondary username lets household members access services, but not account management features. Once a secondary username is added to an account, they will be able to log into their own version of MyRogers (Shaw).

Start by clicking Add Username
Enter First name, Last name, and Email
Click Save

Linked Accounts

If you have multiple accounts you can link them under one username so you can easily manage them with one login in MyRogers (Shaw).

To link another account:

Visit the MyRogers (Shaw) sign-in page, rogers.com/myrogers/shaw
Within the My Profile section, select Add account
Enter Account Number and Postal Code

Managing Username

Both primary and secondary usernames will have access to manage various settings using MyRogers (Shaw). Once you sign in to MyRogers (Shaw), within the My Profile section you will see the following options under Manage Your Usernames.

Change Username	Change your Username email address
Change password	Change the password associated with this Username
Change recovery email	Update the email that forgotten passwords will send to
Change name	Change the username associated with the Username
Unlink Username	Remove an account number from Username
