It's convenient and easy to manage every aspect of your services using the MyRogers (Shaw) website (Rogers.com/myrogers/shaw) and the MyRogers (Shaw) App (Apple App Store | Google Play Store). MyRogers (Shaw) allows you to manage your TV, Internet and phone with helpful troubleshooting, viewing current subscriptions and allowing you to browse additional or upgraded services.
How To: Manage my services
Manage your subscription
To manage your services using the MyRogers (Shaw) website:
- Sign in to Rogers.com/myrogers/shaw.
- Click My Services and select the service you wish to manage from the drop-down menu
To manage your services using the MyRogers (Shaw) App:
- Open the MyRogers (Shaw) App.
- From Home, tap the service you wish to manage from the menu.
With MyRogers (Shaw), you can view your current subscription, browse different plans, and more:
- Add available channels to your subscription
- View available free channel previews
- Manage your Rogers WiFi Hotspots devices
- View Rogers WiFi Hotspots and Internet usage history.
- Manage Shaw email accounts
Troubleshooting your service
With both the MyRogers (Shaw) App and website you can troubleshoot your services.
- Sign in to Rogers.com/myrogers/shaw or open the MyRogers (Shaw) App.
- Select the service you wish to troubleshoot:
- On MyRogers (Shaw) web, click My Services and select your service.
- On the MyRogers (Shaw) App, tap the service from the Home screen and scroll to the bottom
While troubleshooting with MyRogers (Shaw), you can:
- View popular support articles to help you self-serve and troubleshoot your TV, Internet, or Phone.
- Restart your modem
- Refresh your channel listings on your TV box.
- View Service updates to find out more on service outages and scheduled maintenance
Parental Controls
MyRogers (Shaw) will allow you to set and change purchase pins on your activated TV devices. Parental Controls are turned off by default.
