What warranty comes with products purchased on rogers.com?

Warranty coverage varies by product and manufacturer. Eligible devices come with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty  (3 years if you're a resident of Quebec) The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship. It doesn’t cover damage caused by misuse.

If you have an issue with your device or accessory more than 15 days after purchase, contact us. You may need to provide proof of purchase, such as the packing slip included with your order.
