To deliver the best possible experience to our customers, we’re phasing out some of our older Digital TV boxes that aren’t compatible with newer technology.

Customers whose TV boxes are being phased out will be notified by an email or letter from Rogers. These notifications will share the next steps available to you. 

If you have other TV boxes that aren’t on this list, they will keep working.

Where can I find the model number on my Digital TV box?

The model number is located on a sticker on the back of the Digital TV box.

What should I do if my Digital TV box is no longer working?

If your TV box model is on the list, please contact us at 1-800-738-7891.

You’ll need to return your outdated TV box.

I’ve replaced my TV box. What should I do with the older one?
