How to Remove the Day/Night HD Camera Using the Smart Home Monitoring App

Follow these steps to remove your Day/Night HD Camera from your Smart Home Monitoring system using the app.

  1. Log in to your Smart Home Monitoring mobile app using your MyRogers username and password.(Can’t remember your login info? Visit this page to retrieve your username or password.)
  2. Tap More located at the bottom of the Overview screen.
  3. Go to Manage Devices.
  4. Under Installed Devices, tap Edit next to the device name of the Day/Night HD Camera you want to remove.
  5. Under Edit Device, tap Remove Device.
  6. Tap Overview to return to the home screen.
