Replace batteries on your Centralite Keypad

The batteries on your Centralite Keypad should be replaced every 2-3 years, so be sure to monitor the battery level indicator on the keypad. It will display when the batteries have less than 60 days of use remaining.

Batteries Needed: 2 x CR123a Batteries.

Here’s how to replace the batteries:

Pull the keypad off the wall by pressing the tab away from the keypad and sliding the keypad up.
Remove the battery cover from the back of the keypad.
Take out the old batteries.
Insert new batteries according to the positive and negative markings on the board being careful not to press down on the tamper (red square) as this will reset the Sensor to factory settings.
Put the battery cover back on the keypad.
Slide the keypad into the mounting bracket on the wall.
