How to set up call features using star codes or Online Manager

Star codes allow you to access additional features on your phone. Value-added features and star codes are available to Home Phone customers. The exact availability of these features depends on which Home Phone package you are currently subscribed to.  

Setting up certain features on your Home Phone is easy. You can either dial star codes from your phone or use the Home & AwayTM Online-Manager if you subscribe to the Home & Away Online-Manager feature.

Keep in mind:

  • To configure a feature, it must be included in your Home Phone package.
  • Some features can only be configured using star codes.
  • When using the star codes listed below, remember to read the corresponding support article for complete steps and important details.

*International long-distance numbers exceeding 10 digits in length can’t be blocked. In addition, 1-800 numbers (including 888, 877, etc.) can’t be blocked.
