Factory Resetting the Ignite Doorbell Camera (Wired)

If the Ignite Doorbell Camera_TM is paired with the Ignite HomeConnect_TM app, you can restart it or reboot it using the app.

1. Remove the metal trim plate from the Ignite Doorbell Camera to reveal the reset hole.
2. The reset pin hole is on top of the doorbell, in the center.
3. Insert a paper clip into the reset pin hole. Gently press and release the button within one second to reboot the camera.
4. Press and hold for over five seconds and then release to reset to factory settings.

• Note: If you press the button for more than 10 seconds, it will reset your device and a technician will be required to fix it.
