If your Ignite Camera isn't responding or has lost pairing, follow these instructions to reset it.
- Locate the reset button on the back of the camera (you may need to rotate the camera to expose the reset button).
- Press and hold the reset button for at least 20 seconds. The LED should turn solid white while rebooting, and then flash white to indicate it is ready to pair with the app.
Important: Don't press the grey button on the power adapter. If you do, we may have to book a technician's visit to bring the camera back online.
