How to reboot your Cradlepoint router

The Cradlepoint router connects to an external antenna via coax cable to provide a 4G LTE connection throughout your home. If you’re having issues with your wireless home internet, you may need to reboot the Cradlepoint to help resolve any issues.

Follow these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Unplug the power cord from the router’s power port.
  2. Keep it unplugged for at least 30 seconds.
  3. Plug the power cord back into the power port.
  4. Wait for 2 to 3 minutes until the following indicator lights turn on:
    • A solid green light means that the modem is powered on and has connection.
    • Four solid blue lines indicate a strong wireless connection.
