We will provide a 1-year exchange warranty on all DOCSIS modems purchased from Rogers. If you experience any technical difficulties associated with the modem, Rogers will exchange your modem for one of equal or greater value. An additional warranty may be offered by the modem manufacturers. Please consult the documentation enclosed with your modem for more details.
