Having issues with Toober on Ignite TV or SmartStream?

Here are some steps to take to get you back on track if you're having issues opening or using Toober on Ignite TV or SmartStream.

Close and reopen the app

  1. You can close the Toober app by selecting Exit on the app itself.
  2. If you’re still experiencing the issue, try rebooting your Ignite TV or SmartStream box.
