How to use Disney+ with Rogers Xfinity services

Disney+ is included with your Rogers Xfinity services, giving you access to a world of entertainment across your favourite devices. Whether you're using Rogers Xfinity TV, App TV, StreamSaver, or Rogers Streaming, here’s everything you need to know to activate, use, and enjoy Disney+.

Get Disney+ Standard with ads included

Enjoy Disney+ Standard with ads at no extra cost when you subscribe to select Rogers Xfinity plans like Popular, Ultimate TV with StreamSaver, or StreamSaver. Stream top titles from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, and National Geographic—all part of your Rogers Xfinity experience.

Activate Your Disney+ Subscription with Rogers

  1. To check if your Rogers Xfinity plan includes Disney+:
    • For Rogers customers: Log in to your MyRogers account
    • For Rogers together with Shaw customers: Log in to your MyRogers (Shaw) account
  2. If eligible, look for the Disney+ activation banner on your account dashboard, or go to the Subscriptions tab and select Activate.
  3. Follow the prompts to create a new Disney+ account or link an existing one.

If Disney+ is included in your plan, you can upgrade your Disney+ subscription anytime and pay the difference through your Rogers bill. Disney+ is compatible with smart TVs, mobile phones, tablets, game consoles, and web browsers.

Already a Disney+ subscriber?

  • You can keep your profiles, watch history, and settings when you activate Disney+ through Rogers using your current login.
  • If your current Disney+ plan is lower than the one from Rogers, your Disney+ billing will automatically pause.
  • If you're on the same or higher-tier plan, you’ll be billed by both Disney+ and Rogers unless you cancel your subscription with Disney+.

To access Disney+:

  • Open the Disney+ app from your set-top box or from the Rogers Xfinity App TV or StreamSaver menu.
  • Use voice commands like “Disney+” or “Search Disney+” with your remote.
  • Log in with your Disney+ credentials.

Upgrading your Disney+ experience

Want more features? You can upgrade to:

  • Disney+ Standard (No Ads) – 2 streams, 1080p HD, downloads
  • Disney+ Premium – 4 streams, 4K UHD, downloads

To upgrade, visit your Disney+ account, sign in through MyRogers or MyRogers (Shaw), or contact us.

To manage profile changes or other account settings, go to the Disney+ website.

Cancel your subscription

  1. Sign in to MyRogers and go to the Manage subscriptions page. 
  2. Select the streaming service you want to cancel and select Unsubscribe.
    • Before you unsubscribe, consider switching to a plan that’s right for you and better suits your needs.
  3. Make sure the Current plan option is selected and select Unsubscribe.
  4. Select Continue to Unsubscribe.
  5. Review your cancellations details, select the checkbox and select Confirm & Unsubscribe.

After you cancel, you can continue to enjoy your services until the end of your current billing cycle. You’ll be sent a confirmation email confirming your cancellation.
