Device Protection — Submit a Request or Claim

Learn how to submit a Device Protection service request to fix or replace your device if it’s damaged, not working, lost, or stolen.

Rogers customers

  1. Go to the Likewize portal and select Start Service Request
  2. Sign in with your MyRogers credentials. 
  3. From the Device tab, select the device you’re submitting a claim for. 
  4. Enter details about your request and select your preferred request option.  
      • Loss or theft protection isn’t available for Apple Watch.
  5. Pay for any applicable fees.

Business or Enterprise customers

You’ll need to call 1-855-877-3887 to submit your Device Protection service request. 

Replacement device delivery options

Your replacement device will be delivered based on when you submit your request and your delivery location. 

  • Next business day delivery: Submit your request Monday–Friday before 7 p.m. ET. Not all locations are eligible. 
  • Same-day replacement: Only available in select locations.
