Once you have your Rogers SIM card and an active number with us, enter the required details for your other service provider.
Mobile service provider details
Enter at least one of the required account details regarding your current service provider:
- Your account number,
- Your password or PIN number, or
- The ESN or IMEI number of your current wireless device
Tip! If unsure where to find this information, select the icon for more details.
Then select Continue.

Landline service provider details
Enter:
- Your billing name and service address
Then select Continue.
The account for your other service provider must be under the same last name as your Rogers account.
