We aim to provide you with the most up-to-date and accurate information. In the event that an error does occur, we reserve the right to correct or cancel an order at any time, and/or edit an order to reflect the correction, and/or correct the error on our website.
We want you to have peace of mind when shopping on rogers.com. If you are not an existing Rogers customer, rest assured that shopping at rogers.com is safe. Our security systems use up to date technology embodying industry standards, and secure shopping is our priority.
All prices listed are in Canadian dollars. We accept valid Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit cards issued from Canadian financial institutions.
Ship to home:
Orders made through rogers.com are normally delivered within 3-5 business days (excludes weekends and holidays).
Delivery is subject to warehouse availability. Out of stock items will be shipped as soon as possible, upon arrival from the manufacturer.
All deliveries require a signature. A shipping fee may apply.
In-store pickup:
In-store pickup allows you to purchase a mobile device online and pick it up at a participating retail location of your choice as soon as the same day.

Return timelines and eligibility:
If you’re not satisfied with your order, you can return your device within 15 days from the date of activation (30 days if you have a disability) to avoid any applicable early cancellation fee or device balance.
If you want to return your device and cancel your services, you’ll need to contact us. For more details, view the Cancellations section below.
Review your mobile service and/or financing agreement for details.
Return condition:
The product must be in its original condition with all accessories. The product must not have any physical or moisture damage. Device passwords and locks must be removed.
Headsets, earpieces, and used SIM cards are not refundable.
Internet, TV, Home Phone and Home Security products:
If your internet, cable, home phone or home security equipment is not working, contact us.
Return timelines and eligibility:
Purchased equipment may be returned within 30 days from the date of activation for a full refund.

You must contact us so we can process your cancellation request and ensure you’re informed of any details relating to your account changes.
Mobile services:
If you purchased a device that’s already been shipped, return it to us with the included return postage in your package and you’ll be refunded as soon as it is received.
Return timelines and eligibility:
If you cancel your mobile services:
- You have 15 days from the date of activation to return your device.
- If you have a disability, you have 30 days from the date of activation to return your device.
If you subscribed to a service with a commitment period and cancel before the end of that period, an early cancellation fee or remaining device balance, as described in your service agreement, may apply.
If you return your device and cancel your services, you’ll be billed for all mobile service charges incurred up to the cancellation date.

- Rental equipment along with any components, must be returned in good working condition within 30 days of the cancellation date.
- If equipment is not returned or is damaged, we may charge you for replacement or repair of the equipment.

Purchased equipment and accessories:
- Purchased equipment and accessories may be returned within 30 days from the date of activation for a full refund.
This policy does not apply to Rogers together with Shaw products and services.

Terms and Conditions of Use
WE THANK YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST IN THE ROGERS WEB SITE (THE “ROGERS STORE”). PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE (THE “TERMS AND CONDITIONS”) CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE ROGERS STORE. BY USING THE ROGERS STORE, YOU AGREE TO COMPLY WITH ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET OUT BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE ROGERS STORE. The Rogers Store and all content provided on the Rogers Store is protected by copyright, trade-mark, and other applicable intellectual property and proprietary rights laws, and is owned, controlled, and/or licensed by Rogers and/or its affiliates and related companies. Nothing contained on the Rogers Store should be considered as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any trade-marks, logos, or other names, including, but not limited to, those identifying Rogers and/or its affiliates and related companies or their respective products and services displayed on the Rogers Store, without the expressed written consent of Rogers or such third party that may own such trade-marks, logos and other names displayed on the Rogers Store.
2.1 No information or material from the Rogers Store may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way whatsoever except that you may download one copy of the materials on any single computer, for your personal, non-commercial home use only, provided you keep intact all copyright and proprietary notices. You agree that you do not acquire any ownership rights in any downloaded content. You agree to abide by all copyright notices, information and restrictions contained in any content on the Rogers Store and any content accessed through the Rogers Store. You are hereby advised that Rogers will aggressively enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent permitted by law.
2.2 You will use the Rogers Store and any content, material, or information found on the Rogers Store solely for lawful purposes. You shall not upload to, distribute to, or otherwise disseminate through the Rogers Store any material or information of any kind that is libellous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, or otherwise violates any law or infringes or violates any rights of any other person or entity, or contains a solicitation of funds, advertising, or a solicitation for goods or services. 3.3 Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, NEGLIGENT MISREPRESENTATION AND FUNDAMENTAL BREACH shall Rogers or ITS affiliates AND RELATED COMPANIES, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, employees, CONSULTANTS AND AGENTS be liable for any DIRECT, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages OR ANY LOSS that result from the use of, or the inability to use, any content, information, material, OR postings on the Rogers Store, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR THE TRANSMISSION OF CONFIDENTIAL OR SENSITIVE INFORMATION OVER THE INTERNET. These limitations apply regardless of whether the party liable or allegedly liable was advised, had other reason to know, or in fact knew of the possibility of such damages. You specifically acknowledge and agree that neither Rogers nor ITS affiliates AND RELATED COMPANIES, NOR EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, employees, CONSULTANTS AND AGENTS shall be liable for any defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of any user, including you.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Rogers, its affiliates and related companies, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, consultants and agents from and against all claims, liability, and expenses, including all legal fees and costs, arising out of: (i) your breach of any provision of the Terms and Conditions; or (ii) your use of the Rogers Store, the content contained in the Rogers Store and the placement or transmission of any information or other materials on the Rogers Store made by you or others using your account. You agree to promptly notify Rogers immediately after you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account and to take such reasonable steps as are necessary to prevent any reoccurrence of such event. Rogers reserves the right, in its sole discretion and at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you. You will co-operate as fully as reasonably required in the defense of any claim.
If you are dissatisfied with the Rogers Store or with the Terms and Conditions, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Rogers Store. In such an event, you agree to destroy all materials obtained by you on the Rogers Store and any and all other Rogers Store(s) and all copies thereof. The Terms and Conditions shall survive any such termination.
Any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to their conflict of laws principles. You expressly consent to the exclusive forum, jurisdiction, and venue of the courts of Ontario and/or the Federal Court of Canada in Ontario, or any other judicial district or jurisdiction as Rogers may determine in any and all actions, disputes, or controversies relating hereto. The Terms and Conditions and any rules, policies, guidelines or other agreements posted on the Rogers Store by Rogers constitute the entire agreement between Rogers and you with respect to your use of the Rogers Store. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any products or services which you purchase through the Rogers Store shall be subject to all terms and conditions relating to such purchase provided to you from time to time including, without limitation, all terms and conditions posted on the Rogers Store and all terms and conditions delivered to you (in any manner or form) in connection with any products or services purchased. No waiver by either Rogers or you of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default. If any provisions contained herein shall be determined to be void, invalid, or otherwise enforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such termination shall not affect the remaining provisions contained herein.
The parties have required that the Terms and Conditions and all documents relating thereto be drawn up in English.

Orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm local time within 5 business days of the purchase. If your item is out of stock, we will notify you by email and send you a follow up message when your order is ready to be shipped.
All deliveries require a signature from someone over the age of 18. If no one is available to accept delivery, the courier will leave a notice with pick-up details. (Purolator deliveries will be held for another 5 days for pick-up. If the parcel is not picked up, it will be returned to Rogers.)

When you submit a transaction, we will store your IP address for validation and to protect against fraud.
If there is a warranty on the product that you purchased, then the details of that warranty will be included with the documentation accompanying your product.
