Rogers 5G network
Rogers 5G Business Internet service available within Rogers’ 5G coverage area and will be delivered over the 4G LTE network where there is no 5G coverage (see rogers.com/coverage to check availability). Service can only be used at your fixed service address and is not available within Extended Coverage areas.

- At all times when video streaming, download speeds of up to 3Mbps per stream. HD Video Streaming allows you to stream up to 3 mbps/stream which is typically sufficient for 720p video. Full HD Video Streaming allows you to stream up to 10 mbps/stream which is typically sufficient for 1080p video.
- You can cancel your 5G Business Internet service anytime and return the 5G Business Internet device without any further commitment. If you cancel the service, you must return the device within 30 days or be subject to a $200 charge (plus applicable taxes). If you cancel the service within the first 30 days, Rogers will refund the monthly service fee and there will be no further commitment.
- The 5G Business Internet monthly service fee includes rental of the Business internet device. If your service is cancelled, you must return the device within 30 days. Failure to do so will result in a $200 fee (plus applicable taxes).
- Offer available when activating a Rogers 5G Business Internet plan and an Advantage Mobility mobile plan with 100 GB of data (an Advantage Mobility bundle). Subject to change without notice. Pricing not available if internet and mobile services purchased separately.

Pricing includes an Advantage Mobility mobile plan for $40/month for 24 months (bill credit of $10/month for 24 months applied) and after Auto-Pay discount with an eligible 5G Business Internet plan. If you switch to an ineligible plan or cancel your internet or mobile plan before the 24 months end, your discount will be removed. Not redeemable for cash.
A $5/month discount is available on eligible Rogers mobile plans customers who set up Automatic Payments on their account (not retroactive). You must keep Automatic Payments active with an eligible plan to maintain this discount. Discount will end if you move to an ineligible plan or cancel Automatic Payments. If you remove Automatic Payments and re-add it to your account you will get the same discount tied to the mobile plan you subscribed to.
- If you exceed the high-speed data allotment in your plan, you will continue to have access to data services with no overage beyond the high-speed data allotment at a reduced speed of up to 512 kbps (upload and download) for light web browsing, email and messaging until the end of your billing cycle. Your high-speed data allotment is with 5G+ speeds (the fastest speeds available on our 5G+ network, up to 2 Gbps) on the Rogers network, where available. Actual speeds and performance will vary based on several factors, including coverage, location, device, configuration, network technology, traffic, environmental conditions, and other factors. 5G/5G+ service may not be available when roaming on another carrier’s network and usage on those networks may be subject to speed and/or data restrictions. Primary data usage must be on your smartphone on the Rogers network. See coverage map for more details.
