Getting started with 5G Business Internet

You’ll get a confirmation email with your order details. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days. If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder or contact Support at 1-866-727-2141. 

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number by email. You'll receive an email from our shipping partner with a tracking number.

Check the tracking link for updates. If it’s marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, or if it’s delayed, contact support.

Once you submit the order you can cancel your service within 30 days of activation by contacting support. 

You can cancel your service within 30 days of activation by contacting Support. When returning a rental device, use the provided waybill and ensure to ship it in its original packaging.

Call Support to request a cancellation, then follow the instructions to ship the rental device using the return label provided during the call.

Billing starts when your service is activated at the time of shipment. Your first invoice will include prorated charges which are from the activation date up to your billing cycle date, plus the next month in advance. This ensures your account is aligned with your regular monthly cycle. 

After your first invoice, you can register at MyBusiness Hub to view invoices, payment history, and update billing preferences.

You can update billing info by contacting Business Care. Shipping info can only be changed before your order is processed. Contact support as soon as possible.

You can temporarily use your device at a location other than your registered address. For a permanent move, submit a relocation request through support. We’ll check service availability at your new location and guide you through the process.
