Changes That Impact Your Bill

You’ll see separate sections for Business Internet and Business TV if you were a Rogers customer before switching to a bundle. 

Here’s what to expect: 

• These sections show charges from your previous services (such as Business Internet/Business TV section) before the bundle started. 
• You’ll likely see a partial credit in this section. 
• Since Rogers bills one month in advance, you’re refunded for any unused days after the switch. 
  
  

Your bill separates usage by service: 

• Under new Rogers bundle: you’ll see Rogers Xfinity TV usage appears under “Detailed bundled usage for TV” section.  
• Old service usage appears as “Detailed usage for Business TV” or “Detailed usage Business Internet”. 

If your old account number was 12 digits, it has now changed to a 9-digit account number. 

You’ll also see a new Bank Payment ID on your bill. This is important for online banking. 

If you pay your bill through your financial institution: 

• Update your bill payee account number. 
• Use the 11-digit Bank Payment ID shown on your bill.
