How to apply

Check if your address is eligible for Rogers service.

• Go to rogers.com, choose the service you’re interested in, and select Check availability.

Upload or attach your most recent Statement of Canada Pension Plan Benefits T4A(P).

• Remove or hide your Social Insurance Number (SIN) before uploading. Make sure your name, address, and Box 16 – Disability benefit are clearly visible.
