If a Rogers Xfinity WiFi Boost Pod extender is offline, your Rogers Xfinity app will let you know with a Pod Offline notice at the top of the app screen.
To reconnect your Pod extender:

Sign in to the Rogers Xfinity app.

Select the Overview tab or the Connect tab to see your Network.

Look for the green status that indicates if your Rogers Xfinity WiFi Boost Pod extenders are online.

If the pod extender is offline, select it and tap Help me Fix it.

Follow the troubleshooting steps on-screen or the following suggestions:

Click or tap Retest Connection on the Rogers Xfinity app. The app will check to see if your Pod extenders are online.

Click or tap Close to finish.
