Manage Home Phone Contacts Using Online Manager

The following steps explain how to view, manage, and edit your contact in Online Manager.

Add a new contact

1. Login to rogers.com/web/link/signin.
2. Place the mouse over MyRogers.
3. Select Products & Services under My Account.
4. Select Home Phone.
5. Select Home & Away ™ Online-Manager with VM.
6. Select the Contacts tab.
7. Select the Add A New Contact link.
8. Enter the following information:
   • Name
   • Phone Number
     • Select whether it is long distance or not
   • Type (home, work, mobile, or other)
   • Specify if the Contact should be added to any of the feature lists
9. Save the contact by selecting Save Changes.

Edit an existing contact

1. Login to rogers.com/web/link/signin.
2. Place the mouse over MyRogers.
3. Select Products & Services under My Account.
4. Select Home Phone.
5. Select Home & Away ™ Online-Manager with VM.
6. Select the Contacts tab.
7. Select the Edit link that corresponds to the contact to edit.
8. Edit the information to be changed.
9. Save the contact by selecting Save Changes.

Delete an existing contact

1. Login to rogers.com/web/link/signin.
2. Place the mouse over MyRogers.
3. Select Products & Services under My Account.
4. Select Home Phone.
5. Select Home & Away ™ Online-Manager with VM.
6. Select the Contacts tab.
7. Select the Delete link that corresponds to the contact to edit.
8. Select Save Changes to delete the contact.

Add a number to the Speed Call List

1. Login to rogers.com/web/link/signin.
2. Place the mouse over MyRogers.
3. Select Products & Services under My Account.
4. Select Home Phone.
5. Select Home & Away ™ Online-Manager with VM.
6. Select the Contacts tab.
7. For a new contact select Add a New Contact.
8. For an existing contact select edit on the contact.
9. Assign the 2-digit Speed Call code for the contact by selecting it from the Speed Call drop down list.
10. Save the changes by selecting Save Change.
