Turn Home Phone voicemail on/off with Home & Away Online-Manager

Turning your Home Phone voicemail on and off is easy with Home & AwayTM Online-Manager. Just follow the steps below.

Before you begin

Turn voicemail off

Prefer using your own answering machine or another voicemail service? Turning off Home Phone voicemail with Home & Away Online-Manager helps you do just that.

  1. Sign into MyRogers
  2. From the Overview screen, locate the Residential section. In this section, select Home Phone for the phone number you’d like to manage.
  3. Under Manage your home phone, select Configure your current features.
  4. Select Ring Settings.
  5. In the Voicemail section, select Configure.
  6. Under CHANGE MY SETTINGS, select OFF beside Voicemail.
  7. Select Next.
  8. Select Confirm.

Your Home Phone voicemail will now be turned off and you’ll be directed back to the Ring Settings screen. You’ll no longer see a red checkmark next to Voicemail.

Turn voicemail on

  1. Sign into MyRogers
  2. From the Overview screen, locate the Residential section. In this section, select Home Phone for the phone number you’d like to manage.
  3. Under Manage your home phone, select Configure your current features.
  4. Select Ring Settings.
  5. In the Voicemail section, select Configure.
  6. Under CHANGE MY SETTINGS, select ON beside Voicemail.
    • Here you can also select the number of rings before a call is sent to voicemail. The default setting is 4 rings.
  7. Select Next.
  8. Select Confirm.

Your Home Phone voicemail will now be turned on and you’ll be directed back to the Ring Settings screen. You’ll see a red checkmark next to Voicemail letting you know your voicemail is active.
