How to download the Rogers Xfinity app
Before you download the app
To use the Rogers Xfinity app, you’ll need:
- A mobile device with one of the following supported operating systems:
- iOS 17 or later
- Android 10 or later
- An account registered with MyRogers or MyRogers (Shaw) to sign in. If you haven’t registered yet, visit How to register a MyRogers profile.
You won’t be able to use the app if:
- You use a third-party router, or
- Bridge Mode is enabled on your gateway.

- Sign in using your MyRogers username and password to get started. If you forgot your sign in details, you can reset them for MyRogers or My Rogers (Shaw).
