How to download the Rogers Xfinity app

Whether you're setting up your Rogers Xfinity Gateway for the first time or looking to manage your home WiFi network, the Rogers Xfinity app makes it easy. Learn how to download and access the Rogers Xfinity app.   

Before you download the app

To use the Rogers Xfinity app, you’ll need:

  • A mobile device with one of the following supported operating systems:
    • iOS 17 or later
    • Android 10 or later
  • An account registered with MyRogers or MyRogers (Shaw) to sign in. If you haven’t registered yet, visit How to register a MyRogers profile.

You won’t be able to use the app if:

  • You use a third-party router, or
  • Bridge Mode is enabled on your gateway.

How to download the app

  1. Download the app:
    • MyRogers:

Get the Rogers Xfinity app on the Google Play Store. Get the Rogers Xfinity app on the Apple Store.

    • MyRogers (Shaw): 

Get the Rogers Xfinity (Shaw) app on the Google Play Store. Get the Rogers Xfinity (Shaw) app on the Apple Store.

  1. Sign in using your MyRogers username and password to get started. If you forgot your sign in details, you can reset them for MyRogers or My Rogers (Shaw).
