How to register a MyRogers profile

Registering for MyRogers is a breeze! Once your profile is created, you can easily manage your Rogers services online or through our app.

Note: If you’ve already registered for a MyRogers profile and are having trouble signing in visit this support page for help.

Follow these steps…

  1. Go to the MyRogers registration page.>
  2. Enter the email address you want to use as your MyRogers username and select Continue.
    • This email will be used for MyRogers password recovery purposes.
    • If you recently activated your services, we suggest using the email you provided when you activated your account. Then go to step 3.
    • For Pay As You GoTM customers, follow these next steps.
  3. Enter your 9- or 12-digit account number, postal code and date of birth, then select Continue.
    • You can find your account number in the monthly email notifying you that your online bill is ready, and on the first page of your service agreement (if you signed up in-store).
  4. A verification code will be sent to your email. Enter this 6-digit code into the verification screen, then select Continue.
  5. You will then be prompted to create a MyRogers password. Select Continue to set your new password.
  6. Once you’ve set your password successfully, you’ll be able to sign-in to your MyRogers account automatically – just select Go to MyRogers. A confirmation email will also be sent to you.

For Pay As You Go customers:

  1. Check for an email with the subject, “MyRogers registration: Set a password”. Select Set password.
  2. Enter and confirm your new password, and you're done!
