How to reschedule or cancel an Ignite Service Appointment

Follow these easy steps to reschedule or cancel your Rogers IgniteTM Service Appointment online or through MyRogers, so you can manage your appointment on your own time.

Rescheduling or cancelling using your Rogers EnRoute text message

  1. Open the text message you received when you initially booked your service appointment.
  2. Select the link provided in the text. You’ll be redirected online to make updates to your appointment.
  3. Select the appointment you want to update.
  4. To cancel your appointment:
    • Select Cancel appointment.
    • Select Yes, cancel to confirm cancellation of the service call.
    • A confirmation message will appear. Select Done or simply close the message window.
  5. To reschedule your appointment:
    • Select Reschedule appointment.
    • A calendar will pop up where you can then select your preferred date.
    • Select the timeslot that works best for you from the options provided.
    • Select Confirm changes.
    • A confirmation window will appear with the updated service call appointment. Select Done to close the window.

Rescheduling or cancelling through MyRogers

  1. Sign in to MyRogers.
  2. Select My upcoming appointments.
  3. Select the appointment you want to reschedule or cancel.
  4. To cancel your appointment:
    • Select Cancel appointment.
    • Select Yes, cancel to confirm cancellation of the service call.
    • A confirmation message will appear. Select Done or simply close the message window.
  5. To reschedule your appointment:
    • Select Reschedule appointment.
    • A calendar will pop up where you can then select your preferred date.
    • Select the timeslot that works best for you from the options provided.
    • Select Confirm changes.
    • A confirmation window will appear with the updated service call appointment. Select Done to close the window.
